Service Description
Sometimes you don’t need a full overhaul — you just need space, clarity, and the right kind of support to reset and move forward. This Energy Reset is a three-session, one-on-one offering designed to help you understand where you’re at, reconnect with how you want to feel, and begin gently shifting things in the right direction. Session One; We take stock of where you’re at and where you want to be physically, emotionally, and energetically. This session is about clarity and understanding. Session Two & Three; Together, we create a simple, supportive plan and begin chipping away at what needs attention so you can start feeling more like yourself again. We use Iridology, Naturopathy & Reiki within your sessions. Your wellness program may include movement guidance, nutritional support and lifestyle adjustments.
Cancellation Policy
🌿 Refund & Cancellation Policy At The Sanctuary Within, your healing time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life can change unexpectedly, and I aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while honouring the time and energy that go into preparing for each session. Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable at your session. Cancellations More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Deposits are non-refundable, as it’s unlikely I can fill the space on short notice. Transfers If you’re unable to attend your session, you’re welcome to transfer your appointment to a friend or family member. Simply let me know their name and contact details before the session.
