Service Description

A deeply restorative and intuitive session to balance your energy, release tension, and invite peace back into your body. Gentle hands-on and off-body energy work clears blockages and restores your natural flow, leaving you lighter, calmer, and more connected to your inner self. Perfect for emotional overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, or simply realignment. Your session commences with a guided relaxation using essential oils and deep breaths to centre yourself. My approach is a mixture of hands on and off healing work. Intuitive guidance is delivered at the end of the session with plenty of time to enjoy a tea or filtered water while you recalibrate and ask questions.
