Weekly Sessions

Once a week, we'll catch up for a recorded session. We will discuss the week's focus. These videos help to empower you to take control of your life and health so this truly is a reset and not a challenge that becomes 'that thing you once did'

Actionable Exercises

Your workbook will have simple, practical steps to apply each week (which are reinforced in our weekly catch-ups). We look at health holistically. I will guide you to tweak the areas of your life that will have the biggest impact.

Community Support

Connect with others, share progress, get accountability. Community is one of the most helpful aspects of transformation. Making changes alongside like-minded people keeps you on track and feel supported.
